Creative Media (Moving Image and Audio) and Digital MultiMedia Courses at DCG

Get your name on the credits with the help of DCG’s exciting Creative Media study pathways.

We’ll build your talent and profile as a versatile, imaginative media practitioner, ready for a stimulating career in anything from film editing and audio production to digital marketing and web development.

This is your chance to unleash your creativity and devise compelling media products that thrill an audience. Based in dedicated studios at our Joseph Wright Centre, you’ll work across diverse media platforms and harness up-to-the-minute technology as you cover a broad spectrum of skills including animation, sound, filming, photography, editing, storyboarding, 3D modelling, web-based design and production development.

We prepare you to hit the ground running in the workplace. You’ll learn how to deliver winning pitches for media projects, communicate concepts, solve complex problems, work to a client brief and meet strict deadlines. You’ll also develop attributes such as teamworking and adaptability.

When you leave DCG, you’ll have a nationally recognised qualification plus an eye-catching portfolio of work to impress potential employers and clients. Media professionals tend to be well qualified – 60% have a degree – so your studies could also act as a springboard to university.
