Mandatory Unit

Example Optional Units

304 – Supporting Wellbeing in the Workplace: this unit explores key wellbeing factors, leadership responsibilities and practical approaches to supporting individual and team wellbeing.

312 – Effective Communication: this unit develops the ability to communicate confidently across a range of workplace situations, overcome communication barriers, and build strong working relationships.

307 – Managing and Implementing Change: this unit equips learners with practical tools to plan, deliver and evaluate change, helping teams to navigate transitions effectively.

We will help you select the three units best aligned to your workplace challenge. The full suite is available on request.

This course will be delivered at your workplace.
