The event aims to help students to gain increased knowledge about:

*Option choices – degree apprenticeships, higher education, employment at 18, self-employment and gap year opportunities
*Bespoke and niche choices – studying overseas, placements years
*Advice to move choices forward – finance, research, decision making
*Subject information – What it’s like to study at a higher level, what it can lead to
*Sector knowledge – what specific sectors are like, what roles exist
*Recruitment and selection processes associated with specific pathways and competitive pathways

This event is facilitated by higher education providers, employers, training providers and gap year specialists.

Sessions will focus on the different routes and pathways available, exploration of subjects and sectors- helping students to understand where options lead; plus, providers will be sharing insider tips to help our students be successful.
