What will the apprentice be doing?
- Receive and process school deliveries.
- Collate daily pupil numbers for school meals.
- Maintain school clubs calendar and registers.
- Use Microsoft teams or other communication systems to contact staff and relay messages to pupils for the smooth running of the school.
- Carry out photocopying duties.
- Ensure all visitors and pupils arriving late or leaving early comply with the school’s signing in procedures.
- Be able to work calmly and to provide a friendly welcome to our pupils, staff and visitors.
- Provide general administrative support within the office.
