How the Routes Programme can benefit your future
Routes is a flexible and supportive course that helps students develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to progress into: Further education, apprenticeships, or employment in their chosen sector.
It’s ideal for learners who need help building confidence and are unsure about their career path but thrive in practical, hands-on environments.
With vocational tasters, youth worker support, and project-based learning, students can explore their strengths and interests at their own pace.

- Construction – Painting & Decorating, Joinery, Plastering, Brick Work.

- Engineering & Automotive – Motor Vehicle & Engineering.
