Step 2 ⇣We will arrange for your to complete initial assessments and interviews with the recruitment team
Step 3 ⇣
Step 3 ⇣If successful, you will be placed into the relevant talent pool and receive alerts on the latest vacancies.
Step 4 ⇣
Step 4 ⇣Application is sent over to employers.
Step 5 ⇣
Step 5 ⇣Attend employer interview
Step 6 ⇣
Step 6 ⇣Successful at interview
Step 7 ⇣
Step 7 ⇣Secure a job with an employer and confirm start date
Step 8 ⇣
Step 8 ⇣Meet your DCG assessors ready for your first day of learning.
I Want to become an Apprentice and have found an Employer

Step 1 ⇣Your Employer contacts DCG
Step 2 ⇣
Step 2 ⇣Business Development Consultant visits your employer to discuss your apprenticeship.
Step 3 ⇣
Step 3 ⇣Apprentice undertakes an initial assessment at DCG.
Step 4 ⇣
Step 4 ⇣Assessor visits you and your employer for your first day of learning.
Step 5 ⇣
Step 5 ⇣Business Development Consultant visits you and your employer to complete sign up paperwork.
