Please ensure you arrive at the exam room 15 minutes prior to the start of your exam and you will need your college ID badge.

Absence due to illness for an exam

If you are forced to miss an exam due to illness, please email, examsgroup@derby-college.ac.uk

Derby College contact centre 01332 387400 – please provide the following information to the call operative: the exam you are due to sit, the time of the exam, site you are booked to sit the exam.

Exams Contingency Dates and Awarding Organisations Timetables

These are timetabled for the afternoons of 6th and 13th June as well as the day of 26th June 2024. These contingency days are designed to be used in the event of national or significant local disruption to examinations.

Replacement Certificates

To obtain a replacement certificate from an Awarding Organisations then please visit the replacement certificate web page, which provides the contact details to all awarding organisations. The college does not hold copies of certificates.
