ENROLMENT AND CLEARING
Find everything you need to know about enrolling at DCG – key dates, what to bring, and what to expect.
If your grades weren’t what you expected or you haven’t been offered a place, — we’re here to help you explore your options.
Please ensure you bring the following documents with you, should you secure a place to enrol. You will need to have them with you to complete your enrolment:
- Proof of ALL examination results (results slips/certificates).
- You will need to provide two forms of ID
- one should be a photographic ID and the other should show evidence of your address. Examples of ID include: Passport, National Insurance Letter/Card, Driving Licence, Full UK Birth Certificate, Bank Credit/Debit Card, Bank Statement, Utility Bill.

you can attend CLEARING ENROLMENT….
Students who do not have an offer in place can attend our Clearing Enrolment sessions. These sessions will provide information on course availability and entry requirements, along with access to our in-house Careers Advisers. People who have not applied must be prepared to wait and we cannot guarantee a place or you may be put on a waiting list should a place become available.

There are two Clearing Enrolment opportunities (subject to course availably) in September. Places are limited, and availability on courses will be minimal by then. We strongly encourage you to attend clearing before this time to explore your chances of securing a place at the College

- Two contact numbers and an email address of your parents/guardians or emergency contact.
- Proof of ALL examination results (results slips/certificates).
