Who is this course for?
This qualification is aimed at those learners who are working within a team leading or supervisory role. The topics covered include managing personal performance and development, communicating work-related information, principles of team leading, contributing to meetings in a business environment, promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, managing conflict within a team, and employees’ rights and responsibilities.
Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements to access this programme other than you must be working in a supervisory or team leading role.

You will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence which is put together during the course and demonstrates that you have met the required assessment criteria. The portfolio of evidence is in the form of a workbook that may be completed in paper-based format or online to suit your individual needs.
