You will develop a positive attitude to following codes of practice and professional behaviours such as effective communication and building relationships, delivering training through demonstration and instruction, promoting positive behaviour, and promoting personal development.

You will be supported by your assessor on either a one-to-one or group basis. This will entail a combination of face-to-face and remote contact.

There are no special requirements.

You will produce a portfolio of evidence and will be assessed via a variety of methods such as written tasks, reflective accounts and observations in the workplace.
