Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone who wants to learn how to keep food safe and to take responsibility for food safety and hygiene in a workplace or communal area.
There are no prerequisites to take this course.

- contamination and cross-contamination
- handling food spoilage – recognition, reporting and disposal

You will learn in a classroom setting with a mixture of independent, pair and group activities.

Assessment involves an externally marked multiple-choice exam paper.
