Certificate in Retail Skills Level 2

This qualification is designed to support a role in the workplace or for learners who are looking to develop their knowledge and understanding to obtain employment within the retail sector.

Topics covered include: understanding customer service in the retail sector, understanding how a retail business maintains health, safety and security on its premises and understanding how store operations can be improved. 

There are no entry requirements to access this programme, but a good understanding of written and spoken English would be recommended.

This course will be delivered online.

You need access to a laptop and the Internet.

You will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence which is put together during the course and demonstrates that you have met the required assessment criteria. The portfolio of evidence is in the form of a workbook that may be paper-based or online to suit you.
