The Derby College Group is committed to delivering an excellent experience to all its students and customers and aims to provide the best possible education, training, and support services to the communities it serves. Our students’ and customers’ views are important to us and help us to ensure that the services we provide are of the highest quality, and consistently meet the needs of all our stakeholders. Our aim is to take account of all opinion, both positive and complimentary feedback, as well as taking seriously any areas of concern or dissatisfaction, which may result in a formal complaint.
How Do I Leave Positive Feedback?
We want your experience at Derby College to be a positive and we take great pride in delivering the best possible services to our students.
We welcome positive comments and complimentary feedback from students, staff, colleagues, and external customers, particularly relating to our team members who deserve an “above and beyond” recognition for their services.
So, if we are doing things well, we would love to hear from you. You can let us know using the following methods.

- Complete and submit the online Compliments Form
- Print off a copy of the form and either hand in at Reception or Student Services or post to the address

What happens next?
The employee or department will receive notification of the feedback that will thank them for their contribution to the college’s commitment to delivering the best possible level of service to its customers.
How Do I Make a Complaint?
We aim to make our services as efficient and effective as possible. To do this we need to know whether we are getting it right and how we can improve our services to our students and customers. We apologise that you have concerns or are currently dissatisfied with our service.
