In this social and informative cooking workshop, you will learn the traditional art of fresh pasta making, using authentic Italian flours, natural colours and flavourings.
You will learn how to make fresh pasta from different regions of Italy. You will be shown how to make each pasta variety via live demonstrations before getting hands-on under the guidance of our professional expert.
The workshop is for adults aged 18+.
Children aged 12+ can, however, attend if accompanied by a paying adult.
There are no formal entry requirements for this experience - you just need a keen interest in baking!
You will start by learning the basics and progress to producing amazing colourful striped pasta ready to take home with you. The workshop includes hints and tips on how to cook the pasta to perfection and how it’s ideally served.
There are no assessment criteria - just observe, have a go and enjoy!
All ingredients, aprons and equipment are included in the price paid. Students will also get to take home what they have made on the day.
