Team members help produce paint colours by using tinting machines to mix pigments with base paints. They also make samples for the QC team and assist the warehouse team as needed.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Ensure orders are manufactured on schedule, allowing for QC (Quality Control) time
- Ensure orders are kept up to date on FOCUS & Clickup
- Ensure QC adjustments are completed on schedule
- Ensure goods used for manufacturing are taken/put away in the correct locations
- Ensure utilisation/performance metrics are met daily
- Ensure reporting of stock discrepancies
- Support colleagues in the Operations dept with their tasks
- Keep the work area organised and tidy - Pitstop tasks
- Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in the correct location
