What will the apprentice be doing?
The Finance Administrator’s duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately entering and maintaining information on the accounting software, such as invoices, bank transactions, supplier transactions.
- Working alongside the Office team to ensure essential financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and by the required timescales.
- Scanning.
- Filing and retrieving paperwork both manually and electronically.
- Matching invoices to payments/ invoices to purchase orders.
- Storing documents.
- Filing.
- Photocopying.
- Taking Telephone calls and delivering telephone messages.

Things to consider
Good knowledge of ICT / Microsoft Office Package desirable. A this is an office role, this will include computer work. Standard 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. This job role would appeal to somebody looking to learn accounts and a range of office duties.
