Students travelling to The RoundhouseTravelling to Derby College

Home Travelling to College

At Derby College we want everyone to get to get to College as easily, conveniently and cost effectively as possible.

We understand how important it is to be able to get to College. Therefore we have worked hard to make sure that no matter how you choose to get here, we have the right information and facilities to make it simple, from lockers for motorcycle helmets, to secure cycle parking, we have tried to provide everything our students could need.

The city centre sites, The Roundhouse, Johnson Building and Joseph Wright Centre, are all easily accessible from most local areas by public transport.

The Roundhouse is a ten minute walk from the new Derby bus station and right next to the train station.

To improve access to Broomfield Hall and Ilkeston we have a number of free shuttle buses running to and from these sites throughout the day.

All routes lead to Derby College – decide which option is best for you:

Walking
Cycling
Bus
Train
Motorcycles & Scooters
Car
