What will the apprentice be doing?
- Prepare and serve Subway products in line with brand standards, food safety procedures and customer requirements.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service for dine-in, takeaway and digital order customers.
- Support stock rotation, cleaning schedules, hygiene checks and general store presentation.
- Assist with opening, closing and daily operational routines under supervision.
- Work with managers and team members to develop confidence in hospitality, food service and workplace communication.

There may be opportunities to progress into a permanent team member role, shift leader or supervisor position, and to continue with further hospitality apprenticeship training such as Hospitality Supervisor or Hospitality Manager.
