Lead the Leaders
Selected Academy Representatives have the opportunity to attend our ‘Lead the Leaders’ meetings.
These meetings bring students together with senior college leaders to discuss student feedback, celebrate successes, and explore opportunities for improvement across DCG. Representatives are consulted as experts on the student experience and help influence future decisions.
Representatives play a key role in ensuring every student has the opportunity to be heard and their feedback acted upon.
Volunteer at College Events
Students are encouraged to support events throughout the year, including Open Days. This gives students the opportunity to:

- Share their experiences of college life
