Caitlin has enjoyed an outstanding athletics season, earning selection for the Great Britain team at the prestigious Mannheim Juniors Gala in June.

Competing in the women’s 4x400m relay, Caitlin helped Team GB secure victory, with the team recording the second fastest time in the world and a European lead.

It caps a season of real progress for the sprinter, who has been steadily lowering her times over the past year and now holds a personal best of 55.48 seconds over 400m, set indoors at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield earlier this year.

Reflecting on her achievement, Caitlin said:

“It was so much fun, and I’m really happy with the result.”

Caitlin now has her sights set on building on this form as the season continues.

Derby College Group sends their congratulations to Caitlin on representing Great Britain and showcasing great talent, dedication and hard work.
