Who is this course for?
This course is designed to support staff working in the customer service sector in a business within the public, private or voluntary sector.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must be in a role – either as an employee or in a regular voluntary role – where they handle front-line customer enquiries, using a variety of methods to manage and support customers across a wide range of situations.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet as this qualification is completed using an e-portfolio.
What will you learn?
This Diploma provides a statement of competence which includes a range of customer service duties.
Mandatory units are:
- Deliver customer service
- Understand customers
- Principles of customer service
- Understand employer organisation
- Manage personal performance and development
How will you learn?
This course will be delivered off site.
What will you need to bring with you?
All your assessments will take place in the workplace
How will you be assessed?
You will produce a portfolio of evidence which confirms the range of customer service tasks which you complete in the workplace.
