What will the apprentice be doing?

Your daily tasks will include:

• Processing orders which come through via email.
• Communicating with customers, over the phone, by email & in person.
• Following up on quotations
• Updating logs
• Recording meeting minutes.
• Running reports.
• Processing sales orders.
• General administration duties.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Following completion of the apprenticeship, the individual would typically move into a Customer Service or Administration role.
