What will the apprentice be doing?
- Maintain excellent standards of personal, food and kitchen hygiene
- Ensure compliance with procedures, menu specifications and recipes
- Produce food meeting portion controls and budgetary constraints
- Adapt and produce dishes to meet special dietary, religious and allergenic requirements
- Use specialist kitchen equipment
- Communicate internally and externally with customers and colleagues
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Production Chef level 2
- One day at DCG and the other time is at the work place.

-You will be require to complete a DBS -Please note the location as public transport is limited -Holiday entitlement -Most work is term time only -Relaxed, informal allowed to be yourself at work -Uniform is provided -Shifts of up to 7.5 hours between 7am and 8pm
