The Engine Shed - Hospitality and Culinary Arts Academy

Our Hospitality and Culinary Arts Academy at Derby College facilitates hands-on experience for students that incorporates several different styles of service.

The concept of the Engine Shed is based on an 'application' restaurant, whereby all levels of students guided by Chefs and Front of House Lecturer participate in the aspects of the popular styles of culinary art and service that will prepare them for the world of work.
