Online Enrolment / Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) Appointments for JWC Only
All applicants who have started their enrolment via the application process will be processed remotely based on the actual exam results that have been entered by the applicant via a link sent to them on or before 20th August 2020. A dedicated team will be processing this information and following up with the applicant if there are any queries. Please ensure you listen out for any calls and check your email (including your junk folder) made to you during this period. There is no requirement for anyone to attend any of the college sites.
Minimal onsite appointments will become available for students who need to have a face to face discussion with a member of the Careers or Curriculum team from the Joseph Wright Centre only. For example, those who have not met the appropriate entry requirements and are unsure which route to take. Please note: staff are available remotely to have these discussions via Live Chat. By contacting the Call Centre, we can put you in touch with the appropriate member of staff.
Anyone still wanting to make an application can do so via the website and there will be a dedicated team processing these late applications over the next few weeks.
For any queries on the day, please contact us via Live Chat on the website:
- Simply go onto the DCG website any time between 8am - 7pm and you will see the pink 'Live Chat' button at the bottom right hand corner of the website.
- Click on this box, fill in your name, ask us your questions and we will do everything that we can to help you out.
For those people who are struggling to access IT and cannot continue with the remote application, we have a limited number of pre-bookable slots to attend the Joseph Wright Centre (with social distancing in place). More details on how to book will be available shortly.
