In partnership with Festo, a leading global manufacturer of pneumatic and electromechanical systems, components, and controls for process control and factory automation solutions, join the Derby College Group (DCG) and delve into the world of Industry 4.0 and discover how finding new talent can help support the advancing technologies in automated manufacturing.
 
The evening will include a presentation from Festo on the impact of Industry 4.0 and how manufacturers are optimizing their operations quickly and efficiently in response to the current trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technologies in order to prepare for the future.
 
As Industry 4.0 unfolds, we will look at how businesses can adopt these technologies, discover how finding new talent can help support the changes in industry and learn of the DCGs £1.2 million investment into new engineering equipment to develop the knowledge and skills of our students and apprentices to ensure the work force of tomorrow is ready today.
