Who is this course for?
The programme is suitable for anyone who is not quite ready to study the Access to Health Professions course.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements. However, you are required to be working at an appropriate level of English and maths.
What will you learn?
You will undertake your GCSE in English and possibly Maths.
In addition you will study Introductory Biology units as well as developing your academic and study skills.
How will you learn?
You will attend face-to-face classes for both the GCSE and Pre-Access elements of the programme.
What will you need to bring with you?
There are no special requirements.
How will you be assessed?
GCSEs are exam based.
The Pre-Access element of the programme involves assignment work which is assessed by your tutor.
