This course will provide a general introduction to common mental health problems that can be experienced by anyone. You will explore the signs, symptoms and triggers for common mental health problems that individuals may experience.
How will you learn?
This course will be delivered on-site at our Roundhouse Campus.
What will you need to bring with you?
You just need stationery.
How will you be assessed?
You will be assessed through a variety of in-class activities and will be awarded a College certificate on successful completion of the course.
You could consider the CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems, with possible further progression to Level 3.
This course is helpful in any career where you are working with people.
