Course Information for Students

Would you like to find your more confident self?  On this free course, you can build your self-confidence with the aid of our supportive and friendly staff.  It will provide you with the tools for strengthening self-belief and overcoming insecurities.

You need an interest in analysing self-esteem and building confidence.

  • Definitions of confidence and self-esteem
  • Analysis of successes and achievements
  • Reframing past experiences 
  • Developing a confident vision for the future

You will learn through in-class activities and homework tasks.

You just need an open mind.

Students will engage in a short initial activity and then the distance they have travelled will be monitored through an interactive assessment.

Further Study 

Confidence and self-esteem enable students to broaden their horizons and investigate suitable courses for themselves.


Self-confidence allows students to work more effectively and efficiently within any job role.
