Course Information for Students

This accredited qualification is suitable for learners wishing to improve their knowledge of the importance of customer service, including how to satisfy customers’ expectations. It is designed for learners who deal with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments.

Customer service may be internal or external to your organisation and may include your communications with colleagues, managers, other departments’ staff and suppliers as well as members of the public.

You need a good level of English.

This course will be delivered online.

You need access to a laptop.

You can be assessed in the workplace or online via email by an assessor who is assigned to you. You will be assessed by answering written questions in a workbook.
