You can progress to the BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or in other areas of Health and Social Care. You could also consider the BTEC Level 4 HNC Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Learners can also progress into relevant job roles such as Senior Care Worker, Advanced Practitioner in Residential Care, Support Worker, Registered Manager of a Children’s Home and Youth Worker.
