This course is aimed at anyone with an interest in improving their marketing content. It is also useful for professionals looking to upskill and improve their knowledge.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements.
What will you learn?
InDesign is used industry wide to create posters, flyers, brochures, business cards, magazines, newspapers, presentations, books and eBooks. It can also publish content suitable for social media.
Through this course, you will be able to understand the designing process and how to apply this to your own content creation or role.
We will help you master the foundations of the interface, tools and menus necessary for using InDesign and will explore techniques to create professional-looking flyers, posters, business cards etc.
How will you learn?
Sessions will take place on site, face to face.
You will be guided through a series of practical tasks that will help build your knowledge and confidence in using the software.
What will you need to bring with you?
Full access to Adobe Creative Cloud will be provided to attendees for the duration of the course.
How will you be assessed?
No formal assessments will take place.
You will build a portfolio of evidence based on practical exercises, culminating in a portfolio of print pieces.
