Course Information for Students

Do you have an interest in improving your marketing content?

If you have an interest in graphic design and would like to learn more about creating professional looking logos, web graphics and more, this is the course for you.

No formal qualifications are required.

You will be taught basics graphic design concepts and processes which you can apply to your own personal work or job role. 

You will learn about the Illustrator workspace and key features such as the menu bars, tools panel, panels and document window. 

The course will explore how to zoom and pan, create, and edit shapes alongside transforming artwork using a range of Illustrator-specific tools.

All sessions will take place face to face.

You will be guided through a series of practical tasks that will help build your knowledge and confidence in using the software.

Full access to Adobe Creative Cloud will be provided for the duration of the course.  

No formal assessments will take place. ­

You will build a portfolio of evidence based on practical exercises.
