The Certificate in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics course is designed to give you a broad knowledge of open systems so that you can then apply it to the understanding of threats to IT systems and how to counter them.

You will be expected to plan, execute, evaluate and document a working online system that is, as far as possible, free from external and internal threats to security.
All coursework will be graded either Pass, Merit, Distinction, or Distinction*.
This course could lead to direct employment in the cyber security industry in a junior role or in a modern apprenticeship. It could also pave the way for further study at college or university levels.
