Course Summary

Looking for a new job within catering or customer service? These industries face major skills shortages so our course will help you on your career journey.

It gives you a wide range of knowledge in a variety of subjects, including Introduction to Catering and Hospitality or Introduction to Customer Service.

You will achieve a Certificate in Employability Skills, which will help you with employment in different areas such as pubs, restaurants, cafes and numerous customer service roles.

The course can be delivered to suit your requirements and fit around your work/home life. It is 24-hour course in total but can be completed sooner, depending on your prior knowledge.

Entry requirements

No formal qualifications are required - you just need a passion to succeed.
