All ILM learners receive a minimum of 12 months membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management, providing access to resources that support their leadership development.
There are no formal entry requirements. However, you will have an interview with a course tutor.
The units in this qualification focus on the essential skills learners need to develop as team leaders. There are mandatory units looking at:
the principles of team leading and management
There is also a wide selection of optional units to build management skills in a variety of areas such as customer service, health and safety and performance management.
