Delivered at our Broomfield Hall Fitness Centre, these classes will help you focus on key elements of your fitness, whether that be muscular endurance, strength, flexibility or wellness.
Our Fitness Centre is open from 7.30-9.00 and 17.00-21.00 Monday to Friday and 9.00-13.00 Saturday and Sunday.

You will need to have received an induction into the use of the equipment. This is free if you become a gym member or you will be charged £3 as part of your first fitness class.
As part of the induction, you will need to complete a par-q health screening form.
Classes are open to any age, sex, ability or fitness level.

There are no formal assessments, but health measures can be taken to monitor your progression.
Drinks, supplements and energy bars are available should you wish to purchase them. You will need to be wearing clothing suitable for activity. No hats, outdoor shoes or jewellery should be worn.
