Delivered at our Broomfield Hall Fitness Centre, these workshops will help you focus on key elements of your fitness and provide you with expert technical guidance for the effective delivery of fitness.
The workshops are relevant for both experienced and new fitness instructors or for those wanting to improve their own personal exercise routines.
Our Fitness Centre is open from 7.30-9.00 and 17.00-21.00 Monday to Friday and 9.00-13.00 Saturday and Sunday.
Please contact Steve Powell or Kirk Gibbons for more details on 01332 387452.
You will need to have received an induction covering the use of the equipment. This is free if you become a gym member or you will be charged £3 as part of your first fitness class.
As part of the induction, you will need to complete a par-q health screening form.
Classes are open to any age, sex, ability or fitness level.
There are no formal assessments as part of the workshops.
Drinks, supplements and energy bars are available should you wish to purchase them. You will need to be wearing clothing suitable for activity. No hats, outdoor shoes or jewellery should be worn.
