This accredited qualification is suitable for learners wishing to improve their knowledge of the importance of customer service including how to satisfy customers’ expectations. It is designed for learners who deal with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments. Whether it is internal or external to your organisation and may include colleagues, managers, other department’s staff and suppliers as well as members of the public.
There are no entry requirements to access this program other than you must be employed or volunteering in a role where you deal directly with the delivery of customer service to internal or external customers.
You can be assessed in the work place or online via email by an assessor who is assigned to you. You will be assessed by answering written questions in a workbook.
