This experience aims to provide learners with an opportunity to meet and greet their chosen animals. Learners will get to feed their chosen animals, learn about their health and husbandry care, provide enrichment for them and handle them (where applicable).

You need basic literacy and numeracy skills plus some basic knowledge of animal care. You should be aged eight years or over.

You will be required to supply your own boots or wellingtons - preferably steel toe capped. Alternatively you can borrow some from the animal unit.
