Begin 2019 with new insight as you set your aspirations for the year ahead!
This one-day workshop will enable you to draw your attention to the present moment, understanding and owning your thoughts and feelings with the purpose of improved physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Achieve the change that you need by opening up to a more mindful way of living and gear up for a great 2019!
There are no formal entry requirements for this experience, but you should be aged 19+. Children aged 16+ can attend if accompanied by an adult.
We will also be teaching some simple mindful meditation practices, including mindful sitting and mindful movement. If you aren’t sure whether this workshop is suitable for you, our mindfulness facilitator is happy to discuss it with you.
People with all levels of experience are welcome.
Expect a practical, fun and inspiring day spent with like-minded people who recognise that setting New Year resolutions is simply not the way ahead and who instinctively know that real transformation needs a change of focus and comes from within.

At an introductory level, you will be taught a range of simple exercises that enable you to develop a new and more helpful sense of awareness. No prior knowledge is required. Don’t worry - we will tell you and show you all you need to know.
Bring a mat, cushion and blanket, an open mind, a willingness to practise and YOU - that’s ALL!
Lunch and soft refreshments will be provided and are inclusive of the price paid.
