George Wright, 17, impressed MCF Loans’ Chief Executive Officer Melanie Elliot to such a degree that she suggested he should research the company in more depth and get in touch.Pride Park-based MCF is a Derby College business employment and skills academy board member, and George took part in the job skills interview exercise as part of his Business Studies First Diploma BTEC Level 2.
