Course Summary

“Join the body, breath and mind to boost health and well-being.”

The Sanskrit word for yoga means ‘union’.  The intention of yoga is to unite the body, breath and mind. It is not an exercise class.

Entry requirements

This course is open to both men and women at all levels including beginners.

Children can attend if accompanied with a paying adult.

Advance purchase is necessary – you will not be able to pay on the door.

Course Content

Each week you will complete 90 minutes of yoga with our professional instructor.

Please note, you are signing-up to complete the full seven-weeks - single sessions are not available for purchase.

A full learning schedule will be provided before this course commences.

How will I be assessed?


Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required?

Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Wear light and comfortable clothing.  Yoga is practiced barefoot, however, socks may be worn during relaxation.

In order to stay hydrated, and help with detoxification, you may wish to bring water to the practice.

Please let us know of any medical conditions or injuries, before practice. If you have a serious injury or medical condition, please consult your doctor before practicing yoga.
