About the Libraries
The combined libraries and learning centres give you access to some 200 PCs, 75,000 books, 250 magazine titles and newspapers. There is also a comprehensive range of other learning materials, including access to online resources, such as research databases, archives of articles, libraries of downloadable videos and educational picture galleries. Study areas, photocopying and printing facilities are also provided.
All registered students of Derby College can use the College’s libraries located at Prince Charles Avenue and Broomfield Hall campuses. If you have enrolled on a course at the Joseph Wright Centre, you may use all three libraries, although due to security arrangements, Prince Charles Avenue and Broomfield Hall students will be unable to access the Joseph Wright Centre building.
