I am a partner in Smith Cooper, Chartered Accountant in Derby looking after a portfolio of small and medium sized owner managed businesses providing a variety of services including audit, accountancy, tax compliance, business planning and corporate finance services. I specialise in transaction support including purchaser due diligence, pre-lending reviews, completion accounts and advice on sale and purchase agreements.
I have an interest in further education as I believe this is a key area which benefits both individuals and communities. I see Derby College as a progressive establishment and as a Governor can share my knowledge of running businesses to help it achieve its objectives
