Head of Learning Services at Rolls-Royce Plc. The Rolls-Royce Derby site is our largest in the UK and the focus of our main learning and development activity. To attract and ensure we have a world-class workforce Derby needs the facilities and community that supports the workforce we require. Derby College is a partner in providing a learning service for the company but is also key in supporting the families and friends of our employees. I see my role as a Governor is to share my experience in the learning and educational field, along with business knowledge and a track record of running a £20m learning services operation to help Derby College to become the excellent provision Derby needs.
